Basecamp 3105 is a boutique glamping retreat on a working hobby farm in Sooke, BC. Book the entire site for your group — four furnished tents sleeping up to 8, a fully equipped (for BBQ style) cookhouse, a cedar design metal fire bowl, and five acres of farm life shared with alpacas, Nigerian Dwarf goats, ducks, and chickens. We host one group at a time. When you book, every tent, every space, and every sunrise up at Basecamp is exclusively yours.

Good to know

Four tents across the property: two Grand Bell Tents with queen beds, and two Wooded Nooks with XL twin beds — all furnished with linen. The shared cookhouse is fully equipped with a Blackstone griddle and outdoor covered dining. Outdoors: a metal cedar fire bowl, a covered gazebo, and five acres of trails with sights of our hobby farm to explore at your own pace.

House Rules

Our noise bylaw is set from 11pm until 7am Monday through to Sunday. No pets allowed and smoking is only permitted in our designated smoking area.

Other Details to Note

Basecamp is an exclusive whole site rental — we never split bookings between groups. We ask guests to leave pets at home to keep our resident alpacas and goats comfortable. Saylem and Troy live on-site and are available throughout your stay. A local guide with our personal recommendations is waiting at check-in. Please review our house rules before booking.

We had an amazing experience at Basecamp 3105 with our family and our guests from Japan. Not only were our hosts wonderfully fun, informative, and friendly, but the tents, kitchen, and outdoor areas were perfectly curated for all our needs (and gorgeously built and decorated!). The farm tour was so much fun, and the walking trail is beautiful. An eleven out of ten glamping experience! Highly recommend!
